Translation Quote

To receive a translation quote or to pay in advance for translation services, please follow these instructions:

1. To submit your request via email, select and upload the document(s)  to  A Foreign Language service via the Quote Request form.  In your message, please include deadlines and language(s) desired if applicable.

If you prefer to deliver your documents in person, please see our Contact Us section to see our days/times of operation and location address.

*Please make sure to choose the highest resolution possible for scanned documents or when  photos taken from a smartphone are submitted to us as all text must be clearly legible. Additionally, if there are documents that contain text on both sides of a page, each side must be submitted to us separately.  If the document(s) are not clearly legible, we may ask you to rescan and submit the document(s) to us.

2.  Review and notify us of your acceptance of the quote along with selected form of payment.

3.  If your prefer to pay in advance for translation services, please contact our office and one of our Office Coordinators will arrange that for you. Cash and checks are also accepted and must be delivered to our office in person. All forms of payment must be received before the document(s) are translated.

4.  Once payment has been accepted and document(s) have been translated, A Foreign Language Service will send both the document and notarized certification back to you via email, in person at our office or through the postal service (or other shipping carrier if desired).
