Welcome to 400languages.com (“Website”), operated by A Foreign Language Solution, LLC
(“AFLS”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). Please note that this cancellation policy is not all-encompassing and may be overridden by specific terms and conditions outlined in contracts with individual clients. Please refer to your contract for any special provisions or exceptions.

Translation Requests

If a translation request is canceled before execution begins, no fees will be charged.
If a translation request is canceled after execution has begun, the client may be required to cover the costs of work already completed up to the point of cancellation.

Scheduled Interpreting Requests

Cancellations received more than 72 hours prior to the scheduled interpretation session: No charge.
Cancellations received between 72 to 48 hours prior to the scheduled interpretation session: Minimum fee is billable.
Cancellations received between 48 to 24 hours prior to the scheduled interpretation session: 50% of the cost of the scheduled services is billable.
Cancellations received less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled interpretation session: 100% of the cost of the scheduled services is billable.
